1. Who we are
Next Home is a residential community and property management application designed to help users communicate with their property management team, follow community updates, receive notifications, manage service requests, access documents, view account-related information, and use resident services from one place.
The app may be operated on behalf of a residential community, property management company, building owner, or authorized service provider. Blue Tags may provide technical development, hosting, support, and maintenance services for the app and related systems.

3. How we use information
- To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
- To display community updates, documents, messages, bills, and account-related information.
- To create, manage, and respond to service requests, maintenance requests, complaints, permits, delivery entries, or visitor-related services where available.
- To send important operational notifications, including request updates, replies, bills, community announcements, and other account-related alerts.
- To provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and improve app stability and performance.
- To protect the app, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and maintain reliable service logs.
- To comply with legal, accounting, contractual, safety, and community management obligations where applicable.
4. Push notifications and Firebase
The app may use Firebase Cloud Messaging and related Google services to deliver push notifications to users. To do this, the app may collect and store a device notification token connected to your account or device. Notifications may include service request updates, replies, bills, alerts, reminders, announcements, or other operational messages related to your community or account.
You can manage notification permissions from your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving important real-time updates, but you may still be able to view information inside the app.
5. Legal bases and purposes
Depending on your location and relationship with the community or service provider, we process information because it is needed to provide the app service, support community management operations, fulfill contractual or administrative obligations, protect users and systems, comply with applicable laws, or because you have provided information voluntarily through the app.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary for the operation, support, security, or legal compliance of the app, including with:
- Authorized property management, administration, security, accounting, maintenance, or support teams.
- Technical service providers that host, maintain, secure, or support the app and related systems.
- Notification, analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase services, where enabled.
- Legal, regulatory, or government authorities if required by applicable law or valid legal process.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, manage community services, maintain account history, resolve disputes, meet legal/accounting obligations, protect system integrity, and support audit records. Some community, billing, legal, document, and request records may need to be retained even after an account is disabled or a user no longer has app access.
8. Account deletion and data requests
Users may request account deletion or data-related assistance by contacting the app administrator or support team. Where the app includes an in-app account deletion option, users can follow the account deletion flow available inside the app. After deletion is requested, app access may be disabled while certain records are retained where required for property management, billing, legal, safety, or audit purposes.
You may contact us to request access, correction, update, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or operational requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, secure communication methods where available, server-side permissions, backups, and administrative safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
Next Home is not directed to children and is intended for registered residents, customers, and authorized users of residential communities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided information through the app without proper authorization, please contact us.
11. International data processing
App data may be processed or stored on servers, cloud infrastructure, or service providers located in different countries, depending on the hosting and technical services used. We take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled in line with this Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party links and services
The app may include links, files, documents, payment instructions, support channels, or external services. This Privacy Policy applies to Next Home app data and related systems. Third-party websites or services may have their own privacy policies and terms.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, technology, or operational practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after updates means the updated policy applies.
